I met a stranger today, and he sounded depressed. When I asked him what he did for a living he became passionate, but he told me that he had a problem. And what he told me had to do with his employees. He said to me: “Keeping the good employees within a company is an utopia. The good employees will always leave, the bad employees will stick around.” Could that be the problem? Maybe the company does not allow good people to be satisfied with their effort? It made me curious, maybe I will meet him again sometime…
The good employees always leave me and my company!
