This summer, I woke up exited every day to go blogging for TheNextWeb at the Meganova office. The first week, we said to ourselves, wouldn’t it be great if we finally reach the magical 4000 readers on the blog? After some hard work, we broke through the limit in the third week. Time for some champagne:
I had a blast at Meganova, I learned to play some table tennis (Thanks to Ernst-Jan and Patrick). And worklunches were always fun. One time, when temperature hit 30 degrees, Patrick, Wouter and Robert got the idea to throw a picnic outside, near Amstelveld, having a lunch in the sun, with a nice view on the market and a canal.
I had a (corporate) culture shock, when Boris came back from holiday, and announced that it was “Mc Donalds Thursday”! Within no time, we had about 17 super-sized menus on the table, and experienced “Mc Farts” and “Mc Sweat” for the rest of the day. Quite different as when I worked for Citigroup…
